Congratulations to Lucinda and Brit...... in first place after the Cross Country with a double clear, staying on 32.3, even though they took the long way around twice - at the Head of Lake and coming out of the Sunken Road.
24 April The dressage update below is from-Samantha Clark, an ex-brit, working for
www.eventingradio.com in Lexington, Kentucky.
Lucinda and Brit entered the arena beautifully with a look of fierce determination on Lucinda's face. Lucinda squeezed out every single mark she could. Deadly accurate, such ringsmanship, showed real differences in the mediums and collecteds. Lovely stretch in the walk, every movement was on the marker, precision was the name of the game. Lucinda sat so tall and still on this little chestnut and they seemed to have such a great rapport, technically flawless and a great partnership. Brit almost had ESP, anticipating Lucinda's thoughts, but not the movements, it

was an education to watch how to ride a test and earn the marks. They are now in second place with 32.3!
