Managing the haynets and general yard maintenance are the order of the day at Rosegarth for Glen Morris but he enjoys the job and has been with Team Fredericks for nearly two years.
Glen, who lives locally , had no ambitions of working with horses but heard about a vacancy at Rosegarth when he was looking for a job.
